Erosion & Sediment Control Corrective Action Required in Christiansburg Part 3
What did the DCR find during their on-site inspections of the projects they reviewed for their report? I was disappointed to see how there was such disparity between projects. In some ways it would have been better if all the projects showed the same problems or no problems at all. Continue reading
