		<description>Thanks! Being a good elected official require work. It means  checking things out, looking up information for yourself, and making yourself aware of changes in state code. It also means being aware of the job performance of those to whom you are responsible and evaluating that job performance effective. And, it means pointing out issues and giving the person a chance to correct the problems. Sitting idly by and waiting to blame someone else for your choices doesn&#039;t take much integrity or courage. Doing the hard work and then doing the right thing does.</description>
